Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hats and underwear unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, ship your return to our Frisco headquarters using a trackable method.
  4. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International customers: Duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • PayPal refunds may take additional processing time

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please indicate your preferred replacement item in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or contact you for alternative options.
