Love this backpack, light weight and very comfortable to carry (cushioned shoulder strap and back, fits the body back curve really well). Slim look, nicely made. Especially love the front pocket, the side zipper makes it really convenient to grab things when you “swing” the bag to your front. Wish there could be more pockets in the main space though, but I guess the bag is designed to be simple and clean. Love it though, feels you can carry it all day long.

Needed a backpack that was waterproof and this filled the need. It holds quite a lot and has kept my books and papers dry even in the pouring rain. It is somewhat stiff so not the most comfortable so for long hikes, it doesn’t really conform well to my body. It is great though for walking to the library or storing stuff in a soggy tent. You need to be certain the zipper covers are in place to keep things dry.

This is a fantastic little backpack! It is very well made, and seems like it would last forever. The Bergshell cloth is touch but soft and not stiff at all. It is amazing that this fabric is waterproof. The waterproof cloth extends over the zippers, making this pack seem like it would stand up to bad weather well. The laptop compartment is well-padded. I like the front pocket but don’t know how I’d best use it. It’s a bit small for my needs, but would be a good bag for school or college or for a minimalist day tripper.

Great bag, very sturdy and compact. Has an area for a laptop which is nice. However, I did not read the full description and didn’t want the laptop area so sending back.

Really comfy backpack; great for work and hiking. As a petite female, I bring this backpack as my main bag to work, as it fits properly and comfortably, plus looks professional. I also trekked an entire week through Disneyworld with this filled to the brim on my back and barely even noticed it. Great fit; good looks; small enough but also large enough. I really recommend this one. High quality as well.

Chose the Ulvo 23 over Raven 20, pretty much for the compression strap, sternum strap and aesthetics.
I do like the bag a lot. It’s sleek. Quality is good. Back panel is impressively sturdy. However, like some people have already commented, I do find myself constantly wishing for at least one more zipped pocket for organization, or another sleeve for a tablet/notebook/documents. I have yet to heard if the interior water proofing layer will de-laminate with age , but if you really prefer longevity and willing to compromise on water resistance, my money is on the Raven 20.

Ive had the smaller size of this backpack for a year now and I love it so much. Its perfect for traveling and for working remotely- I love how slim it is on the back. Its so light and fits my laptop, cords, plus other items like books and a hoodie. The water bottle side pouches stretch for larger bottles, or easy to clip on the sides. I do wish the smaller size had and additional interior net pocket on the top like the larger size but its not a deal breaker.

Its great quality- I just wish it was more unisex in overall sizing. The dome fit my head- Im a 56 female with an average size head and I bought a SM, but the overall hat was pretty big, the faux fur was very generous, and it just didnt look right on me. So I returned it.

I was searching for a backpack that would work for a longer commute on public transit in Seattle. I needed it to fit a large laptop and be waterproof, and this pack is absolutely perfect. It is sturdy enough to fit a lot of stuff (lunch bag, extra shoes, etc.) and also look sleek and not too “sporty”. The pockets are very handy, and I love the green color. I’ve used it every day for the past six months and I know it will last a very long time. This is my first Fjllrven backpack, and I’m so glad I took a chance on it.
