I wore these pants in the winter in Abisko and Kiruna, Sweden, where it got down to 0-5F / -15-17C. These pants along with thermals (I used the Fjallraven thin wools) kept me warm. They are also very comfortable with good movement. I have no doubt that they’d be warm at even lower temperatures.
